1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and baje vip ("baje vip", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the baje vip platform — including its casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, instant games, and payment facilities — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the baje vip platform and, if you have an active account, contact our support team at [email protected] to request account closure. Continued use of the platform following any published revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

baje vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. The version effective at the time of any dispute governs that dispute.

1.1 Scope of the Agreement

These Terms apply to all aspects of the baje vip platform, including but not limited to: account registration and management, all casino and sports betting products, bonus and promotional programmes, payment processing, customer support interactions, and any future features or services added to the platform. Additional product-specific terms may apply to certain promotions or game categories; where they exist, those additional terms are incorporated by reference into this agreement and, in the event of a conflict with these Terms, the product-specific terms take precedence only to the extent of the conflict.

1.2 Language of the Agreement

These Terms are written in English. The English-language version is the controlling and authoritative version. baje vip operates its platform entirely in English and directs its services at English-speaking adult audiences in Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, the plain English meaning of a provision, as understood by a reasonable adult reader, shall apply.

2 Age Restriction and Eligibility

The baje vip platform is strictly for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or use any feature of the platform. This requirement is absolute and applies regardless of any local law or custom that may set a different threshold. baje vip does not accept players under the age of 18 under any circumstances.

By registering an account, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and that your use of the baje vip platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own legal risk and baje vip accepts no liability for any resulting consequences.

2.1 Age Verification

baje vip operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. Prior to processing any withdrawal from your account, you will be required to provide a valid government-issued identity document — either a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport. Documents must be:

• Clearly legible, unexpired, and unaltered.
• Showing your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Submitted as high-resolution digital copies via the account verification portal or by email to [email protected].

baje vip reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage, including proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad account in your name) and proof of residential address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time — ordinarily 7 calendar days from request — may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance.

2.2 Underage Account Discovery

If baje vip discovers or reasonably suspects that a registered account belongs to a person under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately without notice. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned in full to the original payment method used for deposit. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited. baje vip will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling and cooperates fully with any lawful investigation of such incidents.

3 Account Registration and Management

To access the full range of baje vip features — including deposits, game play, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You may only hold one (1) account on the baje vip platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), a valid email address, a Bangladesh mobile phone number, and a secure password of your own choosing. You must not impersonate any other person, use a fictitious name, or provide false information at any point during the registration process or subsequently during account management.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any registered detail changes — including your email address, mobile number, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly or notify [email protected].

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all activity conducted through your account. baje vip strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which is available in your account security settings. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify baje vip support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

baje vip will never contact you to request your password, full payment card details, or one-time passcode (OTP) through any channel. Any communication purporting to be from baje vip that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to register exactly one account. This restriction applies per person (by identity), per device, and per household. If baje vip identifies multiple accounts registered by the same individual — identified by matching identity documents, shared device fingerprints, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided, and outstanding balances may be subject to review and withholding pending investigation.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

baje vip supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically to the Bangladeshi market. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions on the baje vip platform are processed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.1 Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by baje vip at the platform level; however, individual payment providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may impose their own transaction or daily limits that are outside baje vip's control. Deposits are processed in real time and credited to your baje vip account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

baje vip does not charge any platform-side transaction fee on deposits. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are solely the responsibility of the player and are governed by your agreement with that provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account identity verification (KYC) must be complete.

baje vip aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within one (1) hour during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. In cases requiring additional verification or fraud review, processing may take up to 72 hours. baje vip will notify you by email if your withdrawal is subject to extended review.

4.3 Payment Method Consistency

To protect against money laundering and payment fraud, baje vip applies a payment method consistency policy: withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the value of that deposit. Withdrawals exceeding the deposited amount on a given method may be routed to an alternative registered and verified payment method in your name, subject to support approval.

4.4 Dormant Account Balances

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 calendar months. baje vip will make reasonable attempts to contact you via the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be deducted from dormant account balances after the 12-month threshold is passed and after notification attempts have been made. Balances on dormant accounts will not be forfeited below zero.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

baje vip offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar (such as BPL match-day specials, Pohela Boishakh bonuses, and Eid reload offers). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "playthrough requirements") unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to players with verified accounts only. A player may be excluded from a specific promotion at baje vip's discretion, including — but not limited to — where the player has previously abused a bonus, has been flagged for suspicious betting patterns, or is subject to an active responsible gaming restriction. Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

baje vip actively monitors bonus claims for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same bonus via multiple accounts, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk or arbitrage bets designed to extract value without genuine engagement, coordinating bonus claims between multiple players, or any other behaviour that baje vip determines in its reasonable judgement to constitute exploitation of the promotional system. Where bonus abuse is identified, baje vip reserves the right to void the bonus and any related winnings and to close the account.

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the baje vip platform, you agree to conduct yourself lawfully and in good faith at all times. You must not use the platform in any way that could harm baje vip, other players, or any third party. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the baje vip platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or account management.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in platform games or systems and failing to report them promptly to support.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Using the platform for money laundering, the processing of proceeds of crime, or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with baje vip support staff or other players.
• Charging back, reversing, or otherwise disputing legitimate transactions made through your baje vip account with your payment provider without first raising the matter with baje vip support.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool in order to mask your true geographic location or identity.

Breach of any of the obligations in this section may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable. baje vip's determination of whether a breach has occurred is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 7.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

baje vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where baje vip has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes.
• The player has initiated unjustified chargebacks against deposits.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the account to be closed.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Please note that voluntary closure requests can take up to 48 hours to process. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcomes; any resulting winnings will be credited to your balance before closure is finalised. Your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

7.2 Dispute Resolution

If you wish to dispute a decision made by baje vip regarding your account — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, or bonus voiding — you must first raise the matter in writing to [email protected], providing your account username, a clear description of the disputed decision, and any supporting evidence. baje vip will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. baje vip's final decision on disputes is binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

8 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

baje vip is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable entertainment activity, and the platform is designed with tools to help players maintain control of their gambling behaviour. baje vip encourages all players to use these tools proactively rather than reactively.

Players may, at any time and without requiring any approval, set the following controls directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limits activate immediately; any increase to an existing limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect.
• Loss limits: Caps on the total amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session time reminders: Automated alerts after a set duration of continuous play, prompting you to review your activity.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net result.
• Self-exclusion: A complete block on all account access for a self-selected period — from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one hour and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
